RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At vykra, we take pride in the quality of our custom-printed apparel. Because each item is printed specifically for you when you order, we have a specialized return process.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
In the original packaging with all tags intact.
Crucial: We strongly recommend filming an unboxing video. This is the fastest way to resolve any disputes regarding damaged or missing items.
2. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS (Free Replacement)
If we made a mistake, we will fix it at no cost to you. We provide a free replacement or full refund if:
The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., holes, stitching issues).
The print quality is poor (e.g., blurry, peeling, or significantly off-center).
You received the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order.
Please provide clear photos/videos of the defect when contacting us.
3. SIZE EXCHANGES & "CHANGE OF MIND"
Because every vykra product is custom-printed for you, we cannot restock or resell items returned due to "change of mind" or incorrect size selection by the customer.
Size Issues: Please refer to our Size Chart carefully before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we may offer a one-time exchange at a discounted price, but the customer will be responsible for a reverse shipping fee of ₹99.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Limited Drop" are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Prepaid Returns: For non-defective returns (where applicable), a flat return handling fee of ₹99 will be deducted from your refund.
Defective Returns: 100% Free. We will arrange the pickup at our expense.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse (typically within 48-72 hours of arrival):
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued as Store Credit (Gift Card) or via Bank Transfer (Direct Account Credit) only.
6. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 6 hours of placement.
Once the order has moved into the "Production" phase (usually after 6-24 hours), it cannot be cancelled as the printing process has already begun.
7. HOW TO START A RETURN
Please email vykra.india@gmail.com with your Order ID and "Return Request" in the subject line. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.
