SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing vykra. We are committed to delivering your fresh fits as quickly and reliably as possible. Since every piece is custom-printed just for you, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are printed and packed within 2-3 business days.
  • Rush Orders: Orders placed before 9:00 AM are prioritized for same-day or next-day fulfillment whenever possible.
  • Please note: Processing times may slightly increase during peak holiday seasons or major sale events.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We partner with India’s leading courier services (including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Ecom Express) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Metro Cities: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Locations & North-East: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  • India Post: Used exclusively for PIN codes not serviced by private couriers (Delivery: 7-15 days).

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We believe in transparent pricing.

  • Prepaid Orders: Free/Flat ₹50 across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A handling and shipping fee of ₹(40+59) applies to all COD orders.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional ₹60.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated notification via email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from our warehouse to your doorstep.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS

While we strive for perfection, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, strikes, or courier backlogs.

  • Incorrect Address: vykra is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the unopened parcel and contact us at vykra.india@gmail.com within 24 hours.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship to over 150 countries via FedEx and DHL.

  • International Delivery: 6-12 business days.
  • Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Customs/Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes applicable in their country.
